Online therapy is currently the most preferred method of therapy because of the convenience and accessibility. You will receive a secure link prior to our scheduled appointment time. Everything else about online therapy works just like an in-person session.

No. At this time all of my sessions are online.

For clients in New Mexico I currently accept:
Presbyterian, Turquoise Care, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, United, Optum, and Medicaid.
For clients in Florida:
I do not currently accept insurance but can accept HSA cards and create a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance.
Please note that Intensive sessions are typically not covered by insurance.

Traditional Therapy fees are $150 per 60 min session.
I have packages for therapy intensives based on the agreed number stated in your treatment plan.
2 hours- $300 per session
3 hours- $400 per session
Coaching sessions are private pay only and can be for clients who reside in any state.
I accept all major credit cards.

During our first session we will spend time getting to know each other and talking about your goals for our time together.

Therapy is tailored to address your individual needs and so the time it takes will vary. We will work together to set goals for therapy and will check in regularly to be sure we are on track.
Individuals who qualify for therapy intensives may find that goals are attained much quicker than traditional therapy timelines.
