  • I live in Albuquerque, NM and practice 100% online. My therapy clients live all over the state of New Mexico.

  • Online therapy is currently the most preferred method of therapy because of the convenience and accessibility. You will receive a secure link prior to our scheduled appointment time. Everything else about online therapy works just like an in-person session.

  • No. At this time all of my sessions are online.

  • Yes! I currently accept:

    Presbyterian, Turquoise Care, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, United, Optum, and Medicaid.

    If I am out-of-network, I can create Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Therapy fees are $120 per 60 min session. I use a company called Headway for billing and accept some insurance. I can provide a Superbill for submission to your insurance company if I am an out-of-network provider.

    Coaching sessions are private pay only and can be for clients who reside in any state.

    I accept all major credit cards.

  • During our first session we will spend time getting to know each other and talking about your goals for our time together.

  • Therapy is tailored to address your individual needs and so the time it takes will vary. We will work together to set goals for therapy and will check in regularly to be sure we are on track.
